Chips, football and Six Pack of Beer on a table in front of a big screen TV with a Football field. Great for Super Bowl themed projects. Horizontal format with instagram effect applied.

You might not know this about me, but I’m a huge Giants fan! Unfortunately, not everyone in my family feels the same about Big Blue. My husband roots for the Eagles, so as you can imagine, game day can get tense. Luckily, there’s one thing that always brings everyone around the table: FOOD!

The best part of Sunday football is that it offers a time and day to get my friends and family together. We watch, we eat, we laugh—and sometimes we argue about whether the opposing team really got that first down. Then, we eat some more.

Even though football snacks are meant to be fun, you don’t have to fill your plate with fatty, greasy foods to have an all-star party. My Bedda Chedda Dip is exactly what the name implies. It’s a rich, gooey, cheesy dip, made from real, simple ingredients. Most cheddar dip recipes or store-bought varieties are full of milk, butter, flour and preservatives, which can make you feel heavy and bloated.

Why weigh yourself down when you need energy to cheer on your team? You can serve your guests incredible bites, like my dip, and they won’t even know it’s bedda for them. Don’t worry; it will be our little secret…

2.Grate the block of cheese and set aside.

4.In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the bacon, cheese, nuts and remaining ingredients (up to Worcestershire). Serve with Ritz crackers and enjoy!
