Meet Chef Bianca
Executive Chef / Owner
Chef Bianca's story with food began with her family. She grew up in New Jersey and watched her mom bread piles of chicken cutlets while dancing to salsa music, as the familiar scent of garlic filled the kitchen.
Every night her family ate dinner at the table and talked about their day. It was their safe place and their sacred time. This is exactly what we try to create for our clients, and the reason About The Table was born.
While obtaining her BA from the University of Delaware, she began to enjoy those special moments in a different way. Chef Bianca would make food for her roommates and co-workers, and loved every minute of it. But what she enjoyed most was bringing people around the table.
After graduating from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Culinary Arts degree, she realized that she wanted to help families. Taking a cue from her entrepreneurial father, Chef Bianca turned a passion for what she loves into a career. Her father helped her set up her business in 2013.
Meet The Team

Caroline
Business Manager
Caroline grew up in the culinary world, with her mom and aunts all being chefs. One of her favorite childhood memories is sitting at the kitchen counter learning how her mom cooked. Her Dad's Italian side of the family has been in the restaurant business for over 80 years.
She graduated with a BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management as well as an MBA in Marketing from Lynn University. And Caroline has taken many culinary courses over the years in Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. Her attention to detail and love of food shine through in her daily life. In her eyes, the best memories revolve around a table with those you love.
When Caroline is not cooking, she enjoys exercising, traveling, singing, and relaxing at home with her husband and step daughters.

Chef Mark
Head Chef
Chef Mark's journey to becoming a chef started when he was a kid in Philadelphia, and in an Italian family food is important. During his early college years, he worked as a short order cook to save money for school. He took a detour - and started in culinary full time.
For Mark, the best part about being a chef is the amount of creativity you get to have in the kitchen and the response he gets from people. While he has many favorite recipes his all time favorite is his mom's recipe for Chocolate Wonder Cake (it's actually vegan). This has been a family recipe for 4 generations now.
With over 40 years experience in the industry, his favorite thing to cook is rustic bread or anything to do with dough. When he is away from the kitchen, Mark loves spending time with his family and grandkids, cycling and pickle ball.
